3XM Group

Website & Branding Analysis 

3XM Group, based in Argentina with US offices, specializes in delivering top-notch technology solutions to help businesses thrive. At the moment, they were looking to revamp their website and rebrand, with a focus on the US market.

As a project manager, I worked alongside a senior UX designer to conduct a comprehensive analysis of users' feedback on 3XM Group's website. Our goal was to determine whether the company's services and image would be well-received in the Bay Area and Silicon Valley markets while also identifying the company's strengths and weaknesses. Through our analysis, we were able to pinpoint areas for improvement and provide recommendations for next steps. 

We gathered feedback from 13 participants across two distinct data groups, comprising eight potential customers and five existing customers. Utilizing surveys, we guided participants through a series of questions that delved into their experiences exploring the 3XM Group website, covering items such as messaging, visual design, branding, and overall impressions of the company. Our analysis encompassed an examination of the 3XM Group website, marketing materials, branding, and market fit.
 

 3XM successfully restructured their website by highlighting their services with clear messaging, testimonials, and success stories. We provided ideas for the site's revamp, and over half of them were implemented.

Dorantes Aranda 

Best Practices and Company Analysis 

Dorantes Aranda is a property management company based in Mexico. It is a small family enterprise that lacked process implementation, best practices, and digital platforms. 


As a consultant, I proposed to do a thorough analysis of all of their departments involved in property management and create the documentation necessary to align and standardize best practices.  


I approached this project using agile methodology and creating a sprint roadmap. Created documentation around business processes, roles and responsibilities, process flow charts, and used tools like Slack for internal communication, Google Drive, and Trello. 


As a result, we were able to devise a strategy that would allow the Company to grow. Defining roles and responsibilities also allowed the team to have clarity on which responsibilities were duplicated and which roles were missing. Implementing best practices and digitizing processes improved efficiency by 20%
