EVENTS CASE STUDIES
I specialize in project management and event coordination within the tech industry, with a strong focus on delivering impactful, audience-driven experiences. My process begins with a deep-dive analysis of the client’s goals and their target audience’s needs. This allows me to identify the most effective format for engagement—whether it’s a conference, workshop, online event, or a hybrid/in-person experience.
Throughout each project, I maintain a clear focus on the objectives while ensuring the audience remains at the heart of every decision. My approach fosters impactful communication and creates a sense of community that promotes bottom-up innovation, leaving a lasting impression on all participants.
Facebook Global Security, Governance, Risk, and Compliance team was in need to educate Facebook employees around security topics, standardize processes and create best practices.
To tackle this, GRC created events around policies, global security benchmarking, and women in security. During this process, I collaborated with the Director of the Facebook Blue Team and multiple teams across Global Security to establish, structure, and launch security and policy-related events such as the Benchmarking and Policy Summits.
As a result, the Policy Summit is still going on and their audience has duplicated. Each iteration shows the progress of what an event with a solid foundation can achieve.

Impossible Meetups
Impossible wanted to create brand awareness, capture new markets, and generate leads.
After brainstorming with the team we decided to create meetups once a month to nurture new contacts, allow people to network and create a community around shared values and interests.
As Event Coordinator, I initiated planning, coordination, and execution of events with up to 80 attendees with other collaborators such as Menlo College, Rotary Club of Menlo Park, and C-level speakers to create brand awareness and attract new business.
As a result this business strategy generated leads and I was able to establish collaborative relationships with key innovation companies and organizations such as Institute for the Future and Silicon Valley Forum.
Tech Conferences
From 2013 to 2018 I collaborated with international firms based in Silicon Valley that specialize in educating on the culture of entrepreneurship and technological innovation in Silicon Valley.
The firms spearheaded initiatives like investment seminars, networking events, tech conferences, and demo days. These events were part of a 4-5 day immersion program concluding in a leisure day in Napa Valley, Sausalito, or San Francisco
As Project Coordinator, I established relationships with over 700 delegates from LATAM before their enrollment to the program, during, and after they attended the conferences in Silicon Valley.
As Project Coordinator, I contributed to building a community with the audience and maintaining it in our digital platforms like WhatsApp, Linkedin, Facebook among others.
